A trainer's Journey consists of Three (3) Foundational Steps i.e. KNOW | LEARN | UNDERSTAND
All the 3 steps are followed by extensive APPLICATION of new knowledge, new skills and new insights.
This is why we start with COURSE PRACTITIONER (Level#1). After successful completion of Level#1 we will allow enthusiasts practitioners to start Facilitating the next cohort of learners as COURSE FACILITATORS.
Selected few will go ahead with Training of Trainer Workshop and get certification for becoming an independent ACE 3HS TRAINER for the selected course.
