ACE 3HS LLP is a not-for profit organisation and we are simply taking the development cost, resource usage charges. There will be no refund for used time period. If you have taken the yearly membership, we'll consider the refund of remaining period, if your feedback is supported with valid reasons. We ensure you that you will get more than you invest in learning here. 🙂

We are offering special beta-tester offers and privileged membership to selected social catalysts, academicians, master trainers and subject experts. Not-for-Profit organisations and school, colleges/universities will get special institutional membership offers. Please send your request to ace[at]3HS [dot]in with details of your institution/ organisation / university along with Telephone No / Email ID of the Head of Deptt./Institution.

Your Email ID and Account Name is fixed for the entire period. You have to create a new account for changing the account ID and registered email address. No inter account transaction / transfer of subscription period is allowed. In case of you losing your account username or password, we will support you to reset your account

All our weekly newsletter mails have the un-subscription link at the end. You can anytime unsubscribe the newsletter mails. Your account, forum and course progress emails will keep coming based on your activities and actions.

Rest your Account Password by setting the Rest Password link active. You will get a reset link at your registered email id. You have to click that link and create the new password. In case of any issues please connect with us for support. Learning should never stop 🙂
